How can I check my order status?
Once your order ships, we will email you an order notification. You can also log into your User Dashboard and view your **Order History** for real-time updates. Pre-order items will have delayed period to the available dates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit cards, including **Visa, Verve, and Mastercard**, processed securely through **Paystack**. We also accept direct **Bank Transfers**. All transactions are securely processed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?

What are "Pre-Order" items?
Pre-Order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be reserved in advance. The estimated delivery date is clearly stated on the product page. Purchasing a pre-order item guarantees you one of the limited edition pieces!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
