The Outflickz quality guarantee. If the craft doesn't meet the standard, our reclamation protocols ensure your satisfaction remains absolute.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original security tags.
Store Credit
We operate on a Store Credit & Exchange model. Cash refunds are only applicable in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.
The Process
Initiate a return through the Support Portal. Once the vault receives and inspects the item, your credit is issued within 48 hours.

Detailed Terms
Items purchased during "Exclusive Vault Drops" or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless a structural defect is present upon arrival.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the member, except in cases where the incorrect item was dispatched by Outflickz. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe passage to our logistics hub.
Due to customs and logistics complexity, international orders are final. If an issue arises with an international delivery, please contact the administrative team via the Telegram/WhatsApp channel for a case-by-case review.
